Many women do not feel that they can fully connect with their sexuality.  This may be the result of their upbringing, culture beliefs, religious beliefs and/or trauma/abuse.  Regardless of the reasons, it is our birthright to connect with our bodies and to experience pleasure.  In Authentic Tantra we say that sex is a healing modality that reconnects your body, mind and soul.

Find a quiet place, relax and listen to this meditation.  If you wish to accept the new beliefs that I have included in it, please say 'yes' out loud after each one and your subconscious mind will accept this new belief.
